Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information The Untapped Money ("we", "us") collects when you use this website or buy our products, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your email address when you subscribe to a free resource or join a waitlist, and any message you send us.
- Purchase information. When you buy a course, the transaction is processed by our merchant-of-record and payment providers. We receive confirmation of your order (such as your email address, product purchased and amount) but never receive your full card number.
- Technical information. Basic, aggregated data such as pages viewed and approximate region, collected through privacy-respecting analytics, to understand what is useful.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver the products, updates and resources you asked for.
- To send you emails you opted into. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To provide customer support and process refunds.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — for example our checkout and merchant-of-record provider, our email platform, and our hosting provider — and only to the extent needed to perform those services. Some of these providers may process data outside your country.
4. Cookies
This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for it to function, plus privacy-respecting analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working correctly.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at support@theuntappedmoney.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
6. Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law (for example, tax records).
7. Children
Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
