14-day refund window
If a course isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. You don't need to justify your decision.
How to request a refund
- Email support@theuntappedmoney.com from the address you used to buy.
- Include the order number or the email address on the order.
- We confirm receipt and process the refund to your original payment method.
Timing
We action refunds within a few business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds on your statement.
What isn't covered
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Where we have clear evidence of content redistribution, resale or sharing of access.
- Third-party costs you incurred separately, such as tools or subscriptions you chose to buy.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer law of your country of residence.
